Watery eye is a common complaint – often caused by blockage of the tear drainage system or ageing/scarring of the eyelids.

At Paterson Burn we now offer dilation and syringing of the tear ducts (for minor blockages only). This treatment is fairly simple, using local anaesthetic eye drops.
